DELIVERY
We use various options for our deliveries. All parcels are evaluated individually, the best service provider is chosen for weight/cost. Many small items go out via 1st class franked Royal Mail, whilst larger parcels go out via UK Mail, Hermes, Parcel Force48. All parcels are dispatched for 24/48hr delivery with UK Mail or within 3 working days for Hermes dispatched orders.
RETURNS
We offer the service customers expect. All faulty items exchanged within the 6 month warranty period. Or, change your mind within 7 days and return the item to us in its original packaging for a full item refund postage at your cost, rods have to be sent at your cost due to high courier costs.
AVAILABILITY
We always keep our site up to date with current stock levels. Stock is forever moving, so if you see an item out of stock it may only be a matter of days before it is available again.
